Cannot create classic projects

Jira Template Groups Visibility Constraints

Can someone explain the purpose of the Groups field listed as a Visibility Constraint when creating a Jira Template? Google searches for this just return links to vendor plugins. Extra points for a link to the Atlassian Jira Template documentation.

Hi Jesus,

In order to fix the issue, we will have to access your instance. As it requires personal information, I opened a ticket with our support in order to fix the issue.

I've checked that you created a ticket with our support related to the same issue.
