JIRA issue cannot be closed until it passes a test in TestRail

If the there is a JIRA ticket/task connected to a test in Testrail, how can I restrict the status of the task to get closed if the status of the test in Testrail is not passed? 

I tried to follow the API but didn't find any answer to this.
