Issues while migrating a User Story to an Epic

I moved a User Story with sub-tasks to be an Epic.

During the move the page said migrating 6 issues (I am guessing subtasks were still connected during the migration) but obvously once the Issue is an epic, I am not able to see the children issues and it jumps one level: Epic>User Story>Sub-Task

I had open the sub-tasks in different tabs and start moving them indivudally from sub-tasks and then assign the Epic to each....

The first one went alright, but the second and all the others got dissapeared showing an error message: "Error while migrating in bulk, check Jira logs"

Where can I see Jira logs OR how can I find these subtasks without a parent

Damon,

You can only have only 1 knowledge base per project.

You can't restrict knowledge based on logged in user.

In your situation, you'd need to create separate service desk projects with accompanying knowledge bases.

Thank you Victor.  It also looks like can't create a Queue that pulls issues from multiple service projects.  (project in ("Customer A","Customer B")) is a valid jquery, but doesn't pull results in a Queue.  I have not been able to find if there is a config option to solve this)

Ideally, our Customer Support would only have to have one queue open to see requests from multiple service type projects.
