Issues keep disappearing

Hey, 

we dont know whats going on, but issues keep disappearing over time randomly, but in bulk. 

Today it happened again, a bunch, like 20-30 just vanished from the board. But if you go to "issues" you can always find them. Some days they are even vanished in this section. It just happens randomly.

And no, we dont have any Filters activated.

Can anyone help us?? :(

Which version of jira are you using and this is self-hosted or Cloud?

Go to Admin  --> Issues --> Custome Fields and then find the Field which you want to add the one more value as a Dropdown.

Once you find that field beside to that field click on Cog item and then select Configure and then Edit the Option and add it.
