Issue Transition: "You don't have permission to transition this issue"

User can’t resolve the fixed issues in jira, getting the following error "You don't have permission to transition this issue" Should I need to create a new workflow

Kindly advice on this to resolve this issue

Hey Gideon,

Github recently (within the last couple days) published an add-on to the Marketplace that takes over Github integration with Jira. They announced the change here and we've been slowly rolling it out to customers over the weekend. You may have a different experience today (and this could have been contributing to the issue you saw).

If you don't see the new Github connector, you can also opt-in by installing the add-on from the Find add-ons page in Jira.

Hi Gideon,

If you put the mouse pointer on the alert, does it show any message?
Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any error when you try to integrate?
