Is there a way to see who changed the project workflow in Jira?

Hello,

Our Workflow on a project was changed and we are trying to figure who changed it. When checking the logs we did not find an option to look for workflow logs.

Please advise.

That's not right, your 90 users will have access to the project screens, as you let them see the project.

However, even if it were possible to hide them (it's not, without code, because it's useless to hide them), it's irrelevant.

App licences must match the (highest) number of users you have for the applications you have.  Your Jira has 100 Software users, so you need Profields at 100 users.

We plan not to give access for Browse project for 90 users, why can't jira handle this based on Project permissions and Add-on license?

Also do suggest alternate options..

Priyadharsini,

Nic is correct; it is not possible to give user license seats than Jira users for an add-on. There is no way around this. As long as each user is given a Jira license, they will have access to the add-on.

I'm not aware of any alternatives.  There are some add-ons that have built-in access control, which can effectively say "only these 10 people can use this", but you still need to licence them at 100 users because that's the number of Jira users you have.
