Is there a way to identify a set of projects as belonging to the same portfolio?

I have a set of projects for one client and I would like to be able to tag them or identify them in some way as belonging to the same client.

Specifically, I want to drive automations when new projects are created and have this identifier, so that a set of compliance stories are automatically created.

Kanban boards have a "secondary filter" or sub-filter which is for hiding issues that are "done, don't want on board any more".

The default filter for them makes anything with a fix version done.  You will either need to amend the sub-filter, or remove the fixversion from the issue so it no longer matches.

It's probably better to remove the fixversion in this case.   Re-open the issue, then you should be able to edit it to remove the value.

Hi Nic, Thanks for getting back. The issue has been reopened, however, the 'resolution' and 'fixversion' fields are uneditable. I tried clicking on 'edit' option as well but in vain.Any particular reason for this?
