Importing issues from Jira Cloud to Software, attachment error 403

I'm using the import wizard to import issues from Jira Cloud to Software. All fields are working except Attachments. I'm getting a 403 error.

I was able to successfully import, including attachments, a few months ago. Now, I'm getting the 403 error.

You will need to find or write an app that provides a custom field of this type.
