How can I manipulate field in Jira form

Importing Jira 1(cloud instance- nttpsv.atlassian.net) to new company

Importing Jira 1(cloud instance- nttpsv.atlassian.net) to new company from 30/11/2023

- how the licenses will be transferred to the new company

- how the users will be moved?

- will the users have any access after moving

- if we delete the users, will it impact the data.

Jira doesn't have any support for moving fields around like that. You'd have to take apart the code that renders the screens and re-code them to allow for it.
