Hi, you cannot link OnDemand applications to external applications. This is a restricted functionality. Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Restricted+Functions+in+Atlassian+OnDemand for more information.

If you do wish to use Crucible/Fisheye with JIRA, either go with OnDemand's Fisheye/Crucible, which needs also the OnDemand SVN OR go with a hosted version of JIRA by a 3rd party Atlassian partner. You may also either consider bringing JIRA in house or hosted SVN/Fisheye/Crucible outside too. Otherwise you will need a VPN / tunnel / firewalls / ports opened of some sort for an external JIRA instance to be able to interact with your Fisheye/Crucible instance internally.

Let me know if you need more information on solutions etc.

Just for further details:

To connect JIRA and Crucible, you'll have to create a new app. or trusted link. However, this is a restricted function in AOD.

About connecting to an external SVN repo, this is a new improvement and is not available for this moment:

Hi Harry, Looking forward to connect our internal Fisheye/Crucible server with Jira in the cloud, we are facing exact the same issue. My question is, if it is possible to open kind of B2B VPN to the Atlasian Cloud so we don't need to expose the Fisheye URL to the internet? Thanks in advance! Yavor
