Is the custom field id 12910 the Rank custom field of GreenHopper? If yes, the ranking data is corrupted. You need to fix up the database.

It's a bit lengthy process, I would suggest that you raise a support request so that they can help you to get rid of the duplicate rows from the RANK tables of GreenHopper. The table is "AO_60DB71_ISSUERANKING" which you also can check. But be careful with deletion, make a backup of the database before attempting anything.
