How to view a previous sprint that has been closed?

In board view.....

 

In next gen project. 

 

I have no sprint report, if that helps to know which version I am using.

Is this issue resolved?

Is the custom field id 12910 the Rank custom field of GreenHopper? If yes, the ranking data is corrupted. You need to fix up the database.

Thanks Renjith.. I will not be executing any DML statements before taking backup of the tables.

Also I will raise the Support ticket with Atlassian.

It's a bit lengthy process, I would suggest that you raise a support request so that they can help you to get rid of the duplicate rows from the RANK tables of GreenHopper. The table is "AO_60DB71_ISSUERANKING" which you also can check. But be careful with deletion, make a backup of the database before attempting anything.

Hi there,

I suspect there is some corruption data happen in JIRa instance, would you mind to perform the following steps to rebuild the file again?

  1. Shut down JIRA
  2. Remove jira-home/caches/indexes directory
  3. Remove jira-install/work directory
  4. Restart JIRA and Re-index
