Opening a subtask from a parent issue opens the subtask in the same window position

How to make field mandatory while choosing a specific Status

I want to make sure that my team adds the Closure (Custom Field) while/before they can to move status to Done.

So is there an option in workfloe to set field constraint for moving an issue from one status to another?
