Hello Team,

Hope you are all fine  doing well,

I'm a project admin and want to know who deleted any tickets and what tickets were deleted as tracker and asking about the possibility to find a report or footprint for such actions and if cannot what role should be taken to avoid such cases?

Thanks & BR,

Hi @Chethana Hashani

To add the transition in workflow...you need jira admin permission.

Admin --> Issues --> Workflow find the workflow on which you want to add the transition and then Edit it.

You can add the transition in two ways...first one...by Dragging and drop the transition from the source status to destination status, another one is clicking by Add transition button as you shown in the above image.

Hi Yogesh,

I have been granted admin privileges and I reached to "workflow" tab by following the below set of steps,

I need to edit transitions of "CAL: Software" workflow. So I followed the below set of steps,

Hi Yogesh,

I found the way to do that and I got that error message because I tried to add transitions to an active work flow. I had to inactive the work flow first and then I was allowed to add transitions. In order to inactivate the workflow, I had to take a copy of the workflow and save it using a name

Thanks a lot for your support :)
