How to disable create sprint / start sprint button to particular group in particular board?

Hi team,

I have multiple boards in a single project, now I want to restrict only one particular board to just create sprint /start sprint but they can view the board for checking the backlogs only.

Example scenario:

project: A --->03 boards --- visible to GROUP A, and Administrators

Board X, Board Y, and Board Z

  • The requirement is to restrict/disable create sprint and start sprint buttons to   GROUP A but GROUP A can view the boards and their backlogs.

Hi @Romer Ventura

As Prakhar mentioned above you can do this using the bulk edit functionality.

Select all 10 tickets, choose to edit those tickets then select to add a client facing comment. image.pngThis will email the individual reporters of each ticket (ensuring you have the email update option checked)

Hi @Romer Ventura

Go to Search Navigator , search all your issues or use a filter.

In List view , you will see three dots (...) at the right hand corner.

Choose Bulk Change.

Then you can specify your operation.

Not really, what i am asking for... The goal is to reply or send 1 email to multiple requests instead of having to send separate responses to each of them

@Romer Ventura

Can you please provide some more explanation to what you want to do?

It's simple.

10 users raise a request about something not working. We determine all 10 requests are related to the same issue and need to respond to all 10 users so that they are informed that we are working on it.

So instead on clicking on each request and sending an email to each user, i need to be able to send 1 email to all 10 users.

No other to put it. Simply "respond to multiple tickets at once"
