How to create an issue with inline image attached when using REST api ?

I'm trying to create an issue using REST api v3.
I've succeeded in creating an issue and successfully added attachments.
However, when my paragraph contains an image url, it shows image url as a link, not media. 
I checked that the image url that starts with  display nothing but text. 

how do I make it turn in to a media ?

is there a better way to create an issue with images?

I use markdown language for my text.

you can create workflow status as "invalid", so rather than deleting the issue you can simply change the status to Invalid.

but in that case progress count as 100 as the resolution mark as done.

That should not be a problem.  The issue is "done", because "done" actually means "this team does not need to do anything more with this issue".

Whether you zero out any estimates on invalid issues is a long essay question covering many different ways of working and reporting, but an invalid issue really is 100% of its way through its progress.
