How do I setup email batching in JIRA software?

Hello!

I am trying to setup batching for email alerts - but I don't see Batching email notifications as an option in my navigation after going to System.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

That's awesome! How do I turn this on?

To enable batching of email notifications:

1. Go to  > System > Batching email notifications (you can also search for it by pressing 'gg').
   
   
2. Click the toggle to enable this feature. It will be applied to all users.

through a post function on the create issue, it will check the Mail (to), and according to the value it should fill a specific custom field with predefined value ..

Hello @maguialahmar thanks for this hint, I´ve already tried it, but this would not ilter the Mails in all Aspects I-need It to. We work with the E-Mail this Issue plugin that works quite well in Our case.
