How to send attachments from outlook to JIRA?

How can i restore blocked and deleted user?

We use Cloud Jira, yesterday found blocked one account.
Then i deleted it.

When i try to resend ivite to this user, i get alert, that i can't invite this user, because he is blocked.

You will need to configure your email client and/or server to send the emails to Jira with proper mime attachments, not convert them to windows mail .dat files.
