How can I alert the team when a ticket spend too much time in a column

Sandra Kabamba

Hello,

I would like to create an alert on slack when a ticket stays more than 2 sprints in the column the team must be alerted in a Slack channel (with an exception for To do and Done).

How should I set my automation?

Thanks

Hi @Michael Angelo Timoteo,

it seems that the table jiradb.propertyentry does not exist.

Maybe the user you are using for database connection does not have the rights to create tables.

I'll check on that, however, when I visit my localhost it no longer loads the jira wizard. How do you fix it?

Can you please try to do this:

  • stop the jira service
  • delete the dbconfig.xml in application-home folder
  • check your jiradb database if at least any table has been created. If there are no tables, it is probably a permission issue with the user. If there are tables, remove all tables from the jiradb database
  • start the jira service again
