Theresa, I have gone through the upgrade. For us, we had to pay $10,000 for the migration+renewal, and it's just like we purchase the renewal license early. The license term will be good for another 12-months on top of our current license term.
So in summary, if you don't change the user tier, the Migration Hub quote is for the the upgrade+renewal of 12-months+ your remaining license term
