Is there any way to add a multi-line RTF custom text field with the editor controls above it?

Fix version field is not enabled (not visible)

I enabled the Releases features for my Software Development Project. But the Fix version field is not visible for any of the issue types.

Even when I select Configure fields, there is no option to add fix version field to an issue type.

I can create releases, but cannot add these releases as fix version to my stories.

Any guidance here please?

Answer accepted

Add a large text field, then go to the field configuration for the project and issue type and change the "renderer" to rich text.
