First issue in search would be assigned to current user automatically.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click Issues -> earch for Issues
  2. Then press " i " on the keyboard.
  3. The first issue in the list would be assigned the current user.

Does it by design or a bug?

Hi @Holly Marsh,

As JIRA version 7.10 was released only a week ago I would expect the update to Zephyr to follow shortly. But that's not always the case.

We tend to hold back from installing the very latest versions of Atlassian applications as you will find incompatibility with existing add-ons.

However, just because the add-on is listed as incompatible on your add-on UI doesn't necessarily mean it won't work. Just means the vendor hasn't tested against your version. It's a risk but if you're not too far ahead you may be fine.

You can request an update via the add-on UI. Failing that contact Zephyr support.

Regards,

Gary

I did install it in my staging instance, and had to roll back. No test cases were viewable. On contacting Zephyr support, i was told there was no ETA available.

@Holly Marsh - Looking at the version history for Zephyr, there can be a couple of months between versions. So may not be anytime soon. Not great if they can't give you an eta. Please accept my answer if you feel it helped :)
