how to delete an admin user in Jira?

Finish-to-start dependency between 2 user stories

I am new to Jira Software and trying to setup a Finish-to-start dependency between 2 user stories and am not seeing how to accomplish this.

You just have to change the project lead of all the listed projects to another one, once completed, you should be able to deactivate (better than delete) him.

You need to go to the users & roles section within the admin part of your projects, there you will see the "edit defaults" link, that enables you to change the project lead
