Fetching/updating/creating jira teams using rest API

Hi, 

I have a requirement where I need to fetch jira teams(with their ids), update those teams and if required even create a new team via rest APIs.

By teams I mean

I checked a few months prior, there wasn't any such API. However, there was some Atlassian conference recently, I did check the releases briefly, however still wanted to confirm whether there's any support for such API .

Any help is much appreciated!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

You can add values by going to Settings > Issues > Custom Fields and select Configure > Edit Options for the custom field in question. Have a look at How to specify values for fields with options for more information.
