Export / Import Data to Update Epic Ranking Field

Hello -

We have added Epic ranking as a custom field for Epics. We want to export the current rankings to excel. Then update and import back in to update the Epics. 

I've not been able to make this work, any suggestions?

Hi Udit,

are you talking about Jira Server or Data-Center.

ISAM supports SAML as a protocol, so integrating Jira via SAML is probably a sensible option. For Server you definitely need a 3rd Party Add On for this, for Data-Center it depends. The DC SAML may be enough but more likely especially if you would like to create/update Users via SAML you'd need a 3rd Party Plugin as well.
