Done tickets are not considered done?

I'm working with a Jira Cloud project. We use scrum and have a backlog in use. We have statuses Done, Duplicate and Closed, which are all of type "Done" (green ones in the workflow setup view).

For some reason, these Done tickets don't disappear from the backlog view and sprint, but they stay there sprint after sprint.

What should I do to make the Done tickets disappear?

I think it is different to normal wiki markup, here is the description for Jira markup.

I'd love to know where the link to that page is in Jira... I looked everywhere and my first google tries where pretty unfruitful too.  Why isn't there some direct link to that page right there where I need it?
