Done and was Done

Hi there,

I tried a simple filter to look up all the ticket was in "Done" and now is "Done" and something it only show those that are now Done but not was "Done". What did I do wrong?

Impossible to say with the important bits of the error message missing.

Could you give us all of the error, in text (delete the name of the user if you want)

Pictures are of no help when you lose the data in them.  I don't know why people bother with them, when it's plain you lose so much.
