Difference in JQL vs Basic searching

David Cleveland

Using this query to get tickets created in last month, but am seeing different numbers when using JQL vs Basic.

JQL:

project in (###) AND issuetype in (Bug, Story) AND reporter in (###) AND created < endOfMonth(-1) and created >= startOfMonth(-1)

Hi @Relax Relax,

Unfortunately, it's not possible with the default JQL capabilities.

:( too bad.

Then, maybe a filter for tickets that were handled by a specific group? Not assigned to a specific group. Handled, so: Transferred should be included

Would really be useful.

Thank you :)

Hi!

I can only suggest something like this:

project = <project name> AND (status changed BY <user1> OR status changed BY <user2> OR ...)

I'm sorry, but may I ask you why you have removed the status of "Accepted Answer" from the message above? If you don't think this answer should be an accepted one, it's ok, I'm completely fine with it.  But if you were confused by the outline color of the "Accepted Answer" button, that's the other question.

Can you, please, clarify.

Thank you.

:) I'm sorry

I saw that the status of the Question got "Solved".

I thought that another answer could not be provided and I could not receive any possible answers for my second Question.

In conclusion, my mistake.

And I really appreciate both of your answers. Second one is very useful.

Thank you!

Ok, I see now) Thank you!

In general, when people see that the question has an accepted answer they tend not answer it again. In this sense you are right.

Nevertheless, some answers are provided long after the first one was accepted and there are no limitations to how many accepted answers can be provided to one question.
