Customer unable to login to JIRA instance

Hi Team,

After invite is sent to customer, he/she is unable to join JIRA instance. Please navigation takes place - 

1) Click on Accept Invite

2) User is navigated to Microsoft Sign In page.

3) After entering password an error is thrown. Refer screenshot.

Please advise on how to get this resolve as our project is about to kick start.

Hi jv,

use the installer not the archive. The correct Java & Tomcat version is bundled with it.

What is the version of your Java? Jira supports only Java 8.
