Connect Google Forms with Jira

It is possible to connect Google Forms with Jira so an issue is automatically created?

If so, how do I proceed?

Hi,

This isnt currently possible in standard Jira (http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-5865) although there is a hack on that ticket to do it. We needed to do a similar task so created two projects, one for jira-users to create a set of issue types against, and another that only certain group members could create other issue types using a custom Permission Schemes on the internal project to restrict who can/cant raise tickets.
