Can you change format of custom field

Currently I have a text field (custom) - It's a text box, I'd like to make it a number only box WITHOUT deleting it and recreating a new one. Is there anyway to change the format of a textbox to number only without deleting it and recreating it? Like change the Field Type to NUMBER ONLY, AFTER it being text?

Hello,

It is somewhere in the configuration. You should add the Story Point field to the view and edit screens for the Support-Task issue type. If you need the Story Point field in the create screen, then you can also add the Story Point field to the create screen.

Thanks for your answer @Alexey Matveev,

Yes, probably our problem is in the configuration because if we are in Active Sprint tab and we select any SupportTask issue, in his Edit tab (Configure Fields-->Show Fields: All-Custom) we don't view StoryPoints field thus we can't add it.

Do you know what is the way for add the Story Point field to all Support-Task issue?

You need to add the Story Point field to the Edit screen for the Support-Task issue type. You can find more info here:
