Our users are just getting used to Jira and we're investigating Tempo to track our time spent on each ticket. Some of our agents will want to use the "tracker", but then they may forget to log the time once they finish tracking it.
Is there a way to report on time tracked that has not yet been logged?
did it get it right that you wanted to access that shared mailbox with your credetials (if your user has access to that mailbox)?
You may try the following, it seems not to work with all mailservers, but some
Username: yourLogin\nameOfSharedMailbox (or maybe yourDomain\yourLogin\nameOfSharedMailbox)
Password: yourPassword
