Can I create a quick filter with avatars in Server?

Hey guys, is it possible to create a Quick Filter in my Kanban Board, where it shows the Assignees by avatar (See image below for an example), I'm using Jira Server:

The version I'm using is: Jira Project Management Software (v9.4.2#940002-sha1:46d1a51:jiraprd1)

If its possible to create that in Server, what is the JQL to see my quick filters in that way?

I have already read this, and we don't have this issue.

I've looked at the logs, and we don't any kind of "time shifting" occurring.
This only happens in the specific scenario I mentioned, in the Mail Queue view of the Web UI.

When in the logs, all timestamps are linear.
