Block to edit Due Date

I created some projects (Kanban), and i need to block edit Due Date by users.
Only edit by managers.

Users need to fill in the field on the task opening form, but should not edit it after opening it.

Can someone help me?

There is no "project export" in Jira, so you are probably using an add-on that provides it, and I'd guess it is that one that is expired.

Go to Admin -> Manage add-ons - this will list all your installed add-ons and tell you which ones have an expired licence.

That will be a lot quicker than raising a call with Atlassian to ask them what is showing as expired in your account.
