Hello,

I create an Automation in which I fill the Description if it's empty before create an issue on which I use this field value but it seems that the rule process the creation before ending the update of the field in the original request.

Is it possible to wait the effective update of the field or to execute a "commit" ?

Found the solution ... turns out permissions were not consistent across the projects. I didn't dig into the specifics, just noted different schemes were used and converted the offending projects to the same 'default software' permissions scheme used by the working projects and transitions are now working as expected.

So now I will add the following to my 'consistent schemes for migrating projects":
