Adding a group to the editors of a filter

I have a filter i want to change the editors permissions to a specific group, but when i select group, it appear only 3 of them, but i need another group, i have a lot of groups.

Has he tried opening the url on his phone in DESKTOP mode rather than Mobile mode.

Maybe - when you check his phone browser as it redirects to your SSO url - have you checked whether it gets renamed to mobile version, say,

m.yourcomany.sso.net

and maybe your organization sso url is just yourcompany.sso.net
