Add flag in jira cloud also gives option to add comment

Hi All

When you click on add flag on a board in JIRA cloud, it gives you an option to add flag with comment.

However, We would like to just add the flag and do not need the comment option. 

The server version of JIRA gives both option: to add flag and to add flag with comment.

How can we achieve this in JIRA cloud?

It does appear very similar. The only real difference is that we have not seen any errors in the logs. I will continue to follow the issue. Thanks for the help.

hmmm....I'll offer my thoughts but then hide and watch/wait for Jamie to show up and answer this one. At a guess I'd say the way you are creating these sub-tasks is not conducive to the JIRA Indexer immediately indexing the new issues so they are displayed correctly. Perhaps something changed in the way you were creating them (and they were immediately indexed), or the way you were creating them just 'worked' before and now it needs to be coerced a bit (i.e. kick the indexer around a bit) to get it to start working again.
