Hello. I need your help. I would like to create Filter/Dashboard where I can check if tickets are resolved within one week (or are in one status within one week). We need this to make sure that we resolve tickets after they are approved in one week and take care of those that has been resolved after the week period. Thank you for your help.

初歩的な質問で大変恐縮ですが、カテゴリを新規作成し、各課題に設定できるようにしたいと考えております。ラベルと同様にカテゴリ欄で新規の名前を作れるかと思ったのですが、できないようでして、どのように新規カテゴリを作ることができるか教えていただけないでしょうか？

project = XYZ AND status changed to "In Progress" DURING (-14d,-7d) AND status changed to Done after -7d

Thank you. But what if I need it even backwards? Lets say I want to know if we crossed 7 day period in september?
