REST API giving 401 and then its giving 200 with same oauth access token

* after oauth call back I got the access token and refresh token,

* I am using the access token to get details from these api's.

  and got 401 and then it gave 200 with same access token and endpoint.

* its a mix of 401 and 200 errors(randomly).

These are the API's we tried using:

1. GET - https://ganeshtesta.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/createmeta

2. GET - https://ganeshtesta.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/events

Hi, I am having the same issue, is there an issue on Jira side?
