Quisiera saber si es posible bloquear una incidencia para que no se pueda mover si no esta estimada

Ejemplo: tengo una tarea que esta activa en el sprint en curso y se encuentra en estimación , deseo que no la puedan mover a por ejemplo: estado en curso si no se completo primero la estimación inicial de dicha tarea. Es decir que sea bloqueante el campo de estimación inicial, si no se completa no es posible mover la incidencia a otro estado.

Debería ser posible hacerlo, pero los pasos exactos dependen del tipo de proyecto que esté utilizando.

¿Está trabajando con un proyecto gestionado por un equipo o un proyecto gestionado por la empresa? Esa información se mostrará en la parte inferior del panel de la izquierda cuando estés viendo el tablero del proyecto.

It should be possible to do that, but the exact steps depend on the type of project you are using.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will display at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project board.

Example: I have a task that is active in the current sprint and is in estimation, I want it not to be moved to, for example: in progress status if the initial estimation of said task is not completed first. Para un proyecto administrado por la empresa, puede implementar esto modificando el flujo de trabajo asociado con el tipo de problema donde desea aplicar esta regla.

Debe seleccionar cada transición de estado en la que desee asegurarse de que el problema ya se haya estimado antes de que pueda continuar el cambio de estado.

Abra el flujo de trabajo en el Editor de flujo de trabajo.

Haga clic en la transición donde desea agregar la regla (1) y luego haga clic en la opción Validadores (2) en la ventana emergente.

 

Haga clic en el botón Agregar validador.

 

Seleccione el Validador de campo requerido y luego haga clic en el botón Agregar en la parte inferior de la página.

 

En el campo Campos requeridos para esta transición, seleccione Estimación original.

 

Opcionalmente, agregue un mensaje de error para mostrarle al usuario y explicarle que no puede completar el cambio de estado si el presupuesto original está vacío.

Luego haga clic en el botón Agregar.

Haga clic en el botón Publicar borrador para el flujo de trabajo.

 

Indique si desea realizar una copia de seguridad del flujo de trabajo original antes de publicar la nueva versión del flujo de trabajo y luego haga clic en Publicar.

For a Company Managed project you could implement this be modifying the Workflow associated with the issue type where you want to apply this rule.

You would select each status transition where you want to ensure that the issue has already been estimated before the status change can proceed.

Open the workflow in the Workflow Editor.

Click on the transition where you want to add the rule (1) and then click on the Validators option (2) in the pop up.

Click the Add Validator button.

Select the Field Required Validator and then click the Add button at the bottom of the page.

In the Fields Required for this Transition field select Original Estimate.

Optionally add an Error Message to display to the user to explain to them that they can't complete the Status change if the Original Estimate is empty.

Then click the Add button.

Click the Publish Draft button for the workflow.

Indicate if you want to make a backup copy of the original workflow before publishing the new version of the workflow, and then click Publish.

Necesito que la incidencia ESTIMACION sea la que tenga el bloqueo, es decir, que si no se realiza la estimación inicial en ella no permita a ningún usuario moverla. Por favor, me ayudas?

En caso afirmativo, debe hacer clic en las flechas que apuntan al estado de ESTIMACIÓN. ¿Ves hacia dónde estoy apuntando con las flechas rojas? Los bloques en el diagrama son el valor de Estado al que se puede configurar un problema. Las flechas grises que las señalan son las transiciones del flujo de trabajo que especifican las reglas para cambiar un problema a ese estado. Debe agregar validadores a las transiciones del flujo de trabajo.

Are you trying to block issues from being set to the ESTIMATION status if an initial estimate is not made?

If yes, you need to click on the arrows that point to the ESTIMATION status. See where I am pointing with the red arrows? The blocks in the diagram are the Status value to which an issue can be set. The gray arrows pointing to them are the Workflow Transitions that specify the rules around changing an issue to that status. You need to add Validators to the Workflow Transitions.
