My real intention would be to use a JQL in the shortcut (CTRL + K), but I haven't found out yet if it's possible. Does anyone know?
Furthermore, when using (CTRL + ?), some shortcuts that appear on the list I can't use, for example, the option (Search for issues = u). I tried using (CTRL + U) and also tried (CTRL + K) and then just typing 'u', but it doesn't show the option. Did I misunderstand something?
Not yet, and I'm sure more capabilities will be added to the command palette over time. Currently, commands are limited to actions you can find on https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/commands-in-the-command-palette/.
Shortcuts work regardless of the command palette, which shows the shortcut, if available, to the action. Try using the shortcut without activating the palette window. Also, check if a system/browser shortcut is overriding the one you're trying to use.
