Using Jira Email this Issue, I have a few Event Types that allow e-mails to be sent when an issue is Created, Comments added, or Updated. I created these from the built in Jira templates for these events.
The Created and Commented events are picked up and send e-mails with the correct e-mail template, but when I change the status of a test issue, it does not appear that the Updated Notification Event Type is triggered, and there is no e-mail sent.
The Context I've created specifies the Notification Template that contains the three Event Types I mentioned.
Can someone help me understand why I'm not getting e-mails when I updated the status. I even tried adding the Status field to the Field Changed parameter on the Configure Notification Event screen - did not help the problem.
