Can you add resources to projects?

Welcome to the community!

If you are the project admin, you can add the users to project via : 

1. From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Access.
2. Select Add people.
3. Type a name, group, or email address.
4. Select the person's role in your project from the Role dropdown.
5. Select Add.

Thanks for the information, but i was also looking for an option to list resources that can be picked from, including things like external contractors?
