How/where do I set project statuses?

For anyone that steps on this thread in the future, the way to add statuses to a project depends on the type of project you are using:
For Company-managed projects, statuses can be shared between multiple projects/workflows, so these would be the steps to add/create new statuses:
For Team-managed projects, statuses can not be shared between multiple projects, so they are restricted to the project where you create them. These would be the steps to add new statuses:

If you are referring to Company Managed projects, you can set/configure statuses for projects by going to Settings Icon at the top right --> Issues. Under "Issue Attributes" you'll see a section for "Statuses".

In order to associate a status to a project you need to attribute to the workflow that is associated with that project.
