Program Dependencies in Advanced Roadmaps

Edited

In Advanced Roadmaps, is it possible to show dependencies in a Program?  Similar to how how dependencies are an integral part of a Plan in Advanced Roadmaps, I can't seem to figure out how to visually show dependencies across Initiatives or a lower level issue type like Epic in a Program.  I've linked epic's across these projects in the issue themselves, although it's not visually represented in any way when looking at a Program in Advanced Roadmaps.  Also tried changing all configuration items related to the program and plans with no luck.  I am a general user and system administrator.

I cannot seem to find any Atlassian documentation that describes how to accomplish this with a Program in Advanced Roadmaps.

Any help is appreciated.
