Profile Summary Tab (page) returns 404 (JIRA not found page)

I get the JIRA 404 (not found) page when I try to open the "Summary tab" on the profile page (<domain>/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?selectedTab=jira.user.profile.panels:user-profile-summary-panel)

  • Analyse log files, but did not found anything meaningful (at least for me)
  • Enable Safe Mode (without plugins)

Do you have any ideas about the root cause and in which direction I can try to solve this problem?

@Daniel Koch Can you post what is in the logs when you click on the profile page?  Also what OS are you hosing on?

Doubled checked all the atlassian and webserver logs. Found the issue: It was caused by the WAF that was blocking a request on the profile page. Thanks for your time!
