Problem with the time tracking automation

Currently, I have an automation that logs the time spent in status in the Time tracking field. It only logs the time when the ticket was in the IN PROGRESS status.Screenshot 2023-05-19 at 16.26.26.png

These are the 2 rules that I created to have that automation.

But there is a problem. The automation logs also not-working hours (for example night hours when the developers are not working).

Can you please suggest another automation or a condition that I can add to my automation so that not working hours should not be logged in the Time tracking field?
