When we have a ProForma form and a few regular JIRA fields the users see on a Customer Portal first the regular fields and then the form
Is it possible to change it so that the form will be displayed first ?
For example we want users to be able to attach a file to the form. But it looks a bit strange when the attachment is at the top of the request and then the form is shown
We had the same issue. I believe there is a feature request on this one already.

It's not currently possible to rearrange your forms and Jira fields. We hear this request a lot and we're working on delivering a smart way to build your forms with any fields, including the attachment field.
I don't have a timeline to share, but it's very much on our radar.
