Permission on dashboards and columns

HI, 
So I have a problem where I want to give an user or group permission to see a kanban dashboard, but after doing this they don't have permission to see the collumn named "Planejamento" and I don't know other way to see this dashboard with out the "Planejamento" column.

Does anyone knows how to change permission on this column?Screenshot_18.png
