We made the payment 1 week ago but still provide the following information:
"Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed.
If you're a site admin, go to admin.atlassian.com
View site bill to update your payment details."
We wrote in support but did not get a response for 4 days. Who has had such a situation, and what solution did you find? Can someone share with me the solution
Add a comment to your support bill.
I think there are some issues right now and financial support has been super slow. They work as fast as they can, though, and when I made a second update they responded quickly.
I suggest you add proof of payment in the update if you have not already, that should speed things up.
