Hi, since the past week we are unable to access to the project "med360-cl". We are using the free version of Jira (and we also have another organization "option-cl" with an active paid subscription). In the subscriptions list there is a message saying that we don't have any product. Can you help us?

I see there was previously a Confluence Standard trial on the same site. In changing the renewal options on June 18, it looks like the site was set to not renew. Unfortunately in this circumstance, we need you to open a ticket with our billing and licensing team. This link will get you to the contact form with the right options in the dropdown already selected:

Just put in:

  1. The Atlassian Cloud URL you've mentioned here
  2. for "Give us more details:", you can copy/paste this message:
My Jira Free site was set to "Renewal: None" but I'd like to continue using Jira. Can you please reactivate my site? Thanks!

Hello Daniel Eads, what causes the error in Jira "Page is not available Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable" and what needs to be done to make the site available again.
